Stone CNC Machine

HKNC-450 with 4 axis interpolation and 1 axis electronic controlled, is a multifunctional automatic cnc granite cutting machine and shaping machine built with the needs of workshops in mind, combining simplicity with maximum versatility for a minimum investment budget. It is popularly used for cutting slabs and blocks of both natural and synthetic stone, and ceramic.

Comparing with machnical spindle, the rotating speed of this electric spindle is super higher. It makes engraving fine and faster, or makes curve cutting, corner cutting by milling much faster too.



 



The whole machine adopts an Italian control system. Equipped with intelligent ESA CNC software, is automatic cnc granite cutting machine. Programmable cutting paths enable automated processing of complex shapes, Under the touch operation interface, it is equipped with a wireless remote control, and the human-machine dialogue is flexible and smooth. All the main control components are made of internationally renowned brand elements. The horizontal frame is equipped with oil-diffused double V-shaped tracks. The horizontal knife adopts stepless frequency conversion speed regulation. The longitudinal distributor uses linear guides and high-precision magnetic scales for counting, ensuring the machine operates smoothly and with stable precision. The machine body and the workbench base are integrated, which not only facilitates the user's installation and transportation, but also ensures the stability of the machine.
